Overview
Bliss of Art was honored to be one of the sponsors of the Great Gembe Annual Tournament, a ten-day event held every December at Waondo Primary School in Gembe Ward, Suba North. The tournament brought together both junior and senior players, aiming to nurture talent and develop skills within the community.
We witnessed firsthand how the event created economic opportunities, promoted health, and strengthened social connections, all while providing a platform for players to showcase their abilities. With 40 teams from the ward competing, all eyes were on the champion.
Our team, together with the community and other stakeholders, participated in a clean-up effort following the conclusion of the Great Gembe Annual Tournament. After ten fantastic days of hosting this event, the field was left untidy, but we embraced the opportunity to support our commitment to climate action.
