By coming together as the bliss of art to empower our community, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of women affected by endometriosis and pave the way for a future where no one suffers in silence.

A beautiful journey into the wide wild world! I have been an ardent follower of this young initiative; the Bliss of Art.This has been quite a wonderful venture that has inspired me a lot. I see the many tales told dissecting culture from every angle; from books to charity work, to shows, to fairs, and to books. I hear stories told, poems recited, songs sang from the beautiful wild, dances and merry! I see the visits into the marginalised lands and the smiles infused there in, and at times I simply feel like either I am a part of it, or should be part of it. Kenya needs such talents and such expositions that melt away doom that today looms within the country. Art is magic, and so is the bliss of art. If only this would have branches in many parts of the country so every child, both from marginalised and the unmaginalised communities can get to enjoy.
This was an incredible achievement that unfolded when I entrusted my poetry piece to the talented students from MKU. They beautifully recited and presented it during the renowned music festival, ultimately winning a prestigious award that was graciously presented by none other than the former President, his Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta.
My poetry piece, crafted with deep emotion and artistic flair, resonated profoundly with the audience and judges alike. Its heartfelt verses explored themes of love, identity, and the human experience, capturing the essence of our shared humanity. The students’ passionate delivery and interpretation breathed life into the recited words, creating a captivating and memorable performance.
The collaboration between myself and the MKU students demonstrated the power of artistic unity and collective creativity. Their passionate recitation, combined with their remarkable stage presence, brought forth the essence of my poetry, captivating the hearts and minds of all who experienced the great performance. The momentous award, presented by the esteemed President, served as a testament to the impact of our collaborative effort. It recognized the exceptional talent, dedication, and artistry displayed by the MKU students, as well as the profound connection the poetry piece forged with the audience.
